The board of directors has noted the recent rise in the Company's share price and confirms that it knows of no reason for this increase.

Further to the announcement of its interim results on 30 September 2024, the Company confirms that there has been no material change in its trading or financial condition since then.

Moreover, the Company draws attention to the announcement of 22 November 2024. Both the Company's anticipated refinancing and the proposed investment set out therein remain subject to satisfactory completion of due diligence and any other permissions needed.  It should be noted that there is no certainty at this stage that definitive agreements will be concluded, and therefore funding provided or investment made. Further announcements will be made as and when appropriate.
