Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Thomas Sawyer PhD, MBA as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect.

The board of directors has noted the recent rise in the Company's share price and confirms that it knows of no reason for this increase.

Sealand Capital Galaxy plans to issue 111M new shares with warrants, subject to AGM approval, and draws £400K from a £3M Convertible Loan Note with Mr. Cheuk Lun Ng.

Sealand Capital Galaxy announces its 2024 AGM on 10 January 2025. Shareholders will receive the Notice and Annual Reports for 2019-2023 on or around 16 December 2024.
